I presume it's one of those touch computers where you use your finger as the mouse. I'm not sure though.

Although a tablet actually can be a touch computer though. Some chaps talking about the i tablet http://mashable.com/2009/07/27/apple-itablet/. I guess it would also su.. i mean rubbish at drawing though.
You are not the only one who is terrible at drawing so unfortunatly I can't help you.

No, a tablet is an alternate input device to a mouse...you can attach it to your current computer. It lets you draw using something more like a pencil

Computers that are all screen and portable are also called tablet computer (iPad isn't the first one...), hence the confusion.
