But then my calculations brought it to April 21st, 11:34 AM

I used this function (I had to do some guestimation so it's probably a little off)

y=26662-((171.666667+129.411765*x)*x)

This is assuming the rate of change of the rate of change remains constant.

But its unlikely, so id give it a margin of a day or two, with the rates of flow fluctuating. (I dont know what i just said there, but it sounds smart...)
