i will make banners for you or your company etc. BUT NOT FOR PROJECTS! If you want banners for your project, post here. Tell me the size, style, link (if wanted), text and all another you want. Then I will make banners for you!

No, they aren't the same thing. The first thread is for making ad's for Projects, and this thread is for making banners for users and companies / groups / etc. BUT NOT FOR PROJECTS!  mad
