Scratch

I have notced a lot of people are doing 'sprite requests' on Scratch. But when they upload them, they need to make a project to upload it in, that then needing to be downloaded and the sprite exported. Why not have a way to export sprites directly to the website, then downloaded as a sprite file straight to the costumes folder?
