Not the latest version?

I have tried scratch in computer literacy at school, and i downloaded it at home.
I'm doing a project, and there are some commands that aren't in the scratch program i have at home.

Some that aren't in my home program are
[blocks]<touching color[x
<touching[ x
<distance to[ x
[/blocks]

is there an update or something? all the ones i see on google are bogus or irrelevant.

Re: Not the latest version?

That's odd, because the earliest version you can download (Either 1.2.1 or 1.3) has it in there  hmm
