Well, assuming you have mac os x, the download should have been MacScratch.dmg, from there, you should get the white icon that is used for cameras's and such.
ALright, here's what to do:
1. Download MacScratch.dmg
2. Now you should se a file the white icon used for camera's and such called MacScratch
3. Click on it
4. Open the folder scratch
5. Click on the scratch app.
If that doesn't work, you may have to re download it. Also, make sure your os is Mac OS X 10.3 or later.
