Scratch in Serbian
I was delighted to find this magnificent tool on Internet.
I was looking for a while for some intelligent software to attract my boy as alternative to the PC games that he is hooked on. This may be a great solution. Unfortunately, it is not localized to Serbian language. I hope you will consider this option in the proximate future.

Hey grozd, welcome to the Scratch Forums. Hopefully, someone here in the community will be able to help you out with applying Scratch to your website, you can always ask around the forums if you need any further help.
