Scratch

A few days ago we released new feature to the website that lets you flag a project as inappropriate.

Every time you click on that link three things happen:

1. If you are the owner of the project where the comment was left,  the comment is deleted permanently and the Scratch team gets an email about it. 

2. If you are not the owner of the project the comment is deleted only for you and it will never be displayed to you in the future.

3. If more than N number of people flag the comment as inappropriate the Scratch team will get an email and will decide if the comment should be removed.

Since a lot of this relies on the Scratch Team reviewing the comments please please make sure that you do not use this feature when you simply do not agree with a comment. Use this feature only when you think the comment is honestly not  following the Terms of Use.

If you are the owner of a project and someone left a comment that you do not want on your project you can delete the comment but please only click on Flagg as inappropriate when the comment is actually inappropriate.

We need your help in making good use of this kind of feature. If you under or overuse it we will be unable to provide you with the best experience you deserve on the website.
