It is Unknown.
The oldest existing is number 104.

Weekend is the oldest project you'll find on the site. Projects 1-103 were all just tests by the Scratch Team.

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
