Putting Scratch made projects onto a website?

Could I embed my Scratch made project into my website?

1.go to the project you want.
2. scroll down to "link to this project"
3.  for a link to the project, copy the code under "as an image"
4. for the full project copy  the  code under "as an applet"
5. paste the code in your web page.
