I am new and don't understand the help thing so can anyone help me? I want to make a horse game and I can't figure out how to.

Well, it depends on what kind of game you want to make. Then you can learn what blocks to use and how to use them.

A great place to start would be to look at other people's games - check out some of the featured projects, download them to your computer, then open them in Scratch...you can look at the "innards" of any scratch project by downloading it...this might be a good place to get an idea...some are more complex than others...but once you look at a few you'll start noticing things you might want to try...
Good luck!!

but how do what do you click on to start making a game?
Start by downloading Scratch. Go to the Home page and look for the link in the Download Scratch area. You need Scratch installed on your computer in order to build games with it. Once you have Scratch installed, you can look at the example projects that come with it or go to the Support area on the Website to learn more about doing things in Scratch.

ALSO/after downloading the Scratch software to your computer:
Go back on the website to look at other users projects...they are all kept here.
Click on any project you want to view. It will open to be viewed on it's own page.
When you are viewing a project, look in the upper right hand corner of the webpage and click on the Project's name under "Download this Project" - this will download the project so you can look at how it was made.
