A New Member in a Bright New World

Hello everyone! My name is Dean, and I'm a Junior in College. Previously, I'd only heard about Scratch. I knew it was produced by MIT and that it ran on Java, but not much else. As luck would have it, using Scratch is part of my new job. Please be patient with me as I've never used a program like it so I might be something of a slow learner.
Nevertheless, I'm happy to be here!
