My laptops busted! D:

Yeah my laptop got busted by some virus that changed my registires. Of course Microsoft is so amazingly helpful by NOT including a win7 disc with my laptop. There also so amazingly helpful with there Indian tech support who I can't understand, and try to scam me. So I'm going to best buy to get geek squad to re-ghost my laptop. Everyone give Microsoft a big hand for their worse-than-Dell tech support!!!

I host servers for money ya?

Re: My laptops busted! D:

Wait before you do anything, dell laptops usually have an option to restore the system to factory defaults. I really recommend you try this before anything. I personally reset my dell laptop whenever I feel like I have too much junk on it so its easy and not a big deal.

Also things worth mentioning, never trust Geek Squad to do anything with your PC, their reputation is the worst in the business. Also, Microsoft is not in charge of giving you install discs, that would be dell's job (I actually got a vista install disk with my dell laptop).
