What's Drag the variable slider over the sprite and middle-click it until you see buttons around it with 'Watcher' written underneath (in pink)?

You drag the slider variable, over the sprite, then middle click (Mouse click or alt+click) it until you see buttons around it. Pretty self explanatory.

When you are middle clicking / right clicking make sure that the variable is on the screen and that you have clicked on it.
