uploading projects to own website

hi i have a website
(www.emailmegames.webs.com)
and a scratch game on it
(www.emailmegames.webs.com/runexsize.html)
and i have the scratch applet but there is always problems on it online
it works fine offline but when i put it on the website it has problems like variables in wrong place,
wrong variables showing
and lags
and variables not visible
and intense lagging



does anyone know hw to fix this or a better scratch applet

I can't upload it to the scratch website because it always says returned an unknown error code the game is 4mb :l. What you said to try is what I'm doing  big_smile
