Scratch

A reputation system on the Scratch forums. This relates to Illusionist's Karma Rating (lol, mockup!), but this system couldn't be used solely to ban you or to make you a moderator/curator.
The ability to view online projects in full screen.
Keyboard shortcuts in Scratch. And if possible, CUSTOMIZABLE keyboard shortcuts in Scratch.
Add rounded rectangles, freeform polygons, and a freeform select tool to the paint editor.
Utilize both the foreground and background colors in the paint editor. For example, having a square with the border in the foreground color and the inside in the background color, or vice versa.
The ability to edit which front page panels get viewed for you as a user.
The ability to actually pause an audio track and play it from the same place later on.
Perhaps a way to start a certain sound at a certain length, like the Deep Links they set up on YouTube.
