How do I flag a scratcher?
There's this bad person on Scratch but I don't know how to flag him. 
I only know how to flag his comment.

Hey Free_Letters, you can use the Contact Us link to send an e-mail to the Scratch Team about inappropriate behavior on the Scratch website.
