I request 3D on scratch if the scratch team or any body else can make it post it right freaking here

It's possible if you don't mind the ridicolous amount of lag and the model's simplicity (no textures, few vertices).
And, two things:
1) Requests for new Scratch features go under "Suggestions".
2) You can use Starlogo TNG or Alice to make 3D projects easily. Both are about as simple as Scratch IIRC.
