to reply to a forum comment, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and there will be a box with an area to type what ever you want. you can add BBCode to your post or add scratch blocks too. When you want to submit your post, click the Submit button which is below the scratch blocks on the left side.

If you're wondering about quotes, and replying that way, click the quote button on the lower right side of the post you want to reply to, and it will show up in the same box as a quote. you can then reply to that message after the quote. hope this helps
