I Can Help With the Notepad because i have both games! i can also set up some programing. the hard part about this is it won't have all the words and whould be hard to set every property (Mouse + Cheese = Mouse goes towards cheese and cheese disappears / Mouse + Elephant + Elephant runs away from mouse etc.)

This isn't going to work Im sorry to tell you..Here's why:
1.Scratch Only Takes Up 10MB
2.Scribble Nauts is way more than 10MB
3.Scribble Nauts is made by about 30 or 40 people
Even if you don't listen to what I say, your not going to finish.

A simple version at least might be good.
I've never played Scribblenauts, but one cool idea I once got from a kids' show (WordWorld I think?) is a game where you collect letters and then make items with them to fight enemies. Per example, to make a gun you'd just need the letters G, U and N, but also you'll need some of the "AMMO" item to make it work. Letters would be dropped by enemies when killed and sometimes found randomly across the world.
I'm not sure if I'll help on this, collabs I work in tend to die soon. But, I say we brainstorm a little about the game we want before actually starting to code.
