It's hard to enjoy either.
Besides, at least you get paid to go to work and can choose what you get into.

As a high schooler in the eighth grade (yeah, my school is 8-12 grade), I think that school is one of the most important parts of our lives. I think getting good grades is important too. I got all A's on my report cards from 2nd grade to 6th. Sorry, I sounded like a braggart on that last sentence.

I think that school is at least something to do. If you just stayed at home you would get bored. Unless you had a job, you'd probably be sitting at home 24/7 watching repeat T.V. shows and buying new video games every day. I do pretty well at school (but i only have good friday and easter monday for break!) and still can't believe that people can get "U"s in my language arts class.

Well, right now since I am in the middle of Spring Break (A two week vacation from school) I was thinking about how I miss school. I called my friend and he said why. I said the fun of learning. He laughed, and hanged up the phone.
The point is that I want to know your opinion of school. What do you think? All and all, it's just another brick in the wall.
We don't need no education
We don't need no thought control
No dark sarcasm in the classroom
Teachers leave them kids alone
Hey! Teachers! Leave them kids alone!

We do need education! At least, I know I do. I want to be a computer engineer and a novelist someday, and I'll need school if I'm going to do that.

school itself is both bad and good, in general the school is **** in america, half teachers at my school probably smoke pot and usually are pretty bad at teaching whatever class, also the whole school system of how it works is stupid too, going to school at 8AM is just too early, less sleep causes a lot of bad factors, also there is a point where some classes are pointless, of course the basics in learning such as basic mathematics, english grammar, and history/social studies are the only necessities, though after that it really should be what classes you want to take on pursuing what you want to do

I liked school, but we had the best librarian in the world who got a different job
(she told kids about Scratch after I told her and she's currently trying to get me to do classes on Scratch!)
and we are left with the worst librarian ever.
(The old one liked mmos!)

Sounds like my old elementary school. We didn't do anything until nine.

I have 0 hour every morning at 6:30.
Although, I don't mind waking up early too much...

8AM is early?
I call 6:45 waking up late.
Around what area do you live? Just the state. I don't want any closer. Just curious.
I actually am a bit of a nerd, I go to the the lowest school in the area with a 945/1000 passing rate.
Ouch.
