Hello Joeyman
Is there a very simple game (sprite moving about, click on it with a target, it falls over, for example !) that I can look at and learn how they made the scipts / sprites ? its a bit daunting starting off and all the games I look at seem very complicated. Thank you - coolman97

You know, many people (including me) can evade bans.. and IP bans.

How do you add sliders in projects?
Well, first you create a variable. Then, it will show up in the stage. Right click it (hold the mouse down with left click for Mac) and a few things will pop up. Choose the slider. To choose the min and max for the slider, right/hold click the variable again and choose "Select slider Min and Max". Choose the minimum and maximum. You're done.

A stickied thread is one that will always stay near the top of the page and are marked with "Sticky: " before the title. Threads are usually stickied by moderators if they're very useful and relevant to the part of the forums there in .
Eg: This one, New Members...introduce yourself here!, New to forums? No Problem! etc:

Thanks for reminding me...I'm going to sticky it.
Off-Topic: Paddle2See, do you live in Maine?
Sorry for going off-topic, but I was just wondering.

From my experience, Paddle2See is more likely to reply on a comment on one of his projects... but one off-topic thread couldn't hurt!

Gnoob here. Seems like peeps are pretty helpful here. Which is cool, cuz I'm clueless. Hopefully not for long!
Welcome! Great to see some new faces around here
All (at least, most) of us try to be pretty helpful - from the looks of it, it's working!

i was making one that includes everything possible that you need to know... you missed a few points too: the hierarchy of scratch forums, what new scratchers can and can't do, stuff like that. maybe pictures and a little more detail?
note: by what new scratchers can and can't do, I mean: new scratchers cannot have a sig for the first few days, cannot make threads in some places...

Add a part about spamming, I have been so embarrassed by how much hate people show me when I used to do it.
