On scratch I make a variable a slider and on the bottom left but on the website its in the upper right corner and isn't a slider. Why?

If you have hide and show variable blocks, that is the cause. When you upload it, it only remembers the location and format of variables if they are visible. If they are hidden they will return to normal and go to the top left.
