I have a virus on my computer. Again. I'm doomed to have viruses! (Don't worry, I have good anti-virus software.)

did you get it from hacking anything?

2 viruses in such a short time means you're doing something wrong. (even if that something is not downloading ubuntu)

I used to go to this Free MP3 site and it put a virus on my computer. Maybe it's from a site you download a lot of things from? Do you have a main site of which you download things from? That might be the case.

Are you using limewire?
Running executables that you've downloaded with unknown reliability?

I don't know what it is!
But, I'm running my anti-virus software.
It'll take care of it for me. It did last time.

Do you use any windows specific programs(aside from drawing, word processing, presentation, etc)? If not, I say just swith to Linux, as there are hardly any viruses. Ubuntu or mandriva are best. Scratch exists for ubuntu, and can be run in mandriva in a program called wine.

I have a Linux computer, but it's my brother's, and he won't let me download anything to it. Not even Java. So I can't use Scratch, and a can't see Scratch projects there. AND, my parents do not want Linux on their stupid old Windows 2000 computer!
