New Scratch Company
This is an April Fools joke. If you couldn't tell, the "CEO" was trying to abduct children and make them work in sweatshops. If you see a post like this don't trust it kids 
Hello, denizens of scratch.mit.edu, My Name is Mr. Sloof lripa and I am making a new start up company and require employees. I have already registered my company name Slooflripa INC with the government and have secured a $500,000 USD loan from the bank.
Now I realize that many of you may not be of working age but I have found a solution to this very troubling issue. Due to new enlightenment concerning child labour, it is now perfectly legal to employ children in many parts of Asia! If your unenlightened parents need to be persuaded to join my company let me know and I will personally mail them a letter saying you have won a trip to Disneyland and a limo will come and pick you up. From the airport you will travel to the glorious nation of Sloofstan where you will work in our sweatsh... err legitimate corporate building. You will be mass producing "Hello World" scratch projects at the very generous rate of 50 Zimbabwe dollars per hour.

I would believe this but I noticed you said that you would be off of scratch for a while, so it would be weird if you started a company all of a sudden. Nice trick, though.
