ummmmm do u even know what u are proposing? u are asking someone to individually load every frame of that movie into a compiler. a standard video runs 30 frames every second. even a one minute video therefore has 1800 frames. beyond that, even if someone did it, scratch couldnt process it. in my experience about 300 costumes on a sprite renders it useless. so forget it.

Really, there are websites that do that for you.
But what I'm ACTUALLY asking is that someone finds short, cute animations or videos (like spaghetti cat or keyboard cat) to turn into videos. NOT CAPTURE EVERY FRAME, AND POST IT HERE.
