How to make your own own blocks

I need to make my own blocks but how? Is there any programme that does that? Is it glitchy? Tell me? How?

Do you wake up some mornings and visit your big-nosed, grumpy-old next-door neighbour and say hi to him. Do you run down the street yelling 'I’m ready' while going to work. Do you work for a cheap employer who pays you slave wages for flipping patties. If yes, check out the Spongebob Fan-Club, providing you with Spongebob for over 2 years!

I fall: It's a tragedy. You fall: It's comedy.
Hmph enjoy your fall - I get a lovely spring... without pans of new leaves.
