Hey, Im in the middle of making a new game that is simple but extreamly fun! The only problem is that i need to be able to clear one colour of pen at a time but i can't figure out how. Could somebody please help me?

Nope, it's not possible yet but that would be a great feature to add into scratch. Feel welcome to suggest it under the "Suggestions" topic of the scratch forums.
