I heard you can edit uploaded but i have no idea how. Does anyone know?

To update a project, you share it again with the same name and all. smile

Or if you mean change the name and description after you uploaded it:

Just go to your project and click on the notes or title, then type in the new one. wink

After uploading it save the project on the program scratch. Later edit it while downloaded and re-upload the project with the same name.

Its only funny if it doesn't happen to you

Do your comments and ratings get deleted if you replace the project with a new one?

Hey bladezer, if you're planning to replace a project with a newer one, comments and tags are not deleted, and the number of faves and love-its remain the same. smile
