Try compressing some of the stuff in it.

When the little upload box appears, the one where you write the title, your name, pass, desc., and tags, there is a little box in the corner. Try clicking it until the check mark is gone. Now try and upload.

Sometimes there is nothing to compress and it messes up.

Never had that problem... fair enough though, but i dont think thats the problem.
