I am a freelance(I work for anybody). I can do simple and advanced programming, game testing, concept creation, plot line creation(I've written a short play!), voice actor, I can speak a fair bit of Latin, and can do pretty much everything else under the sun involving Scratch... EXCEPT DRAWING! I'm a terrible artist. Also, I'm not very good at making music without a real instrument, but I could get that into a project. Please, just request some crazy task for me to do, and I'll do it. No strings attached, I will do it.
RULES
1. I won't make a complete GAME or ANIMATION for you.
2. No art. I won't even CONSIDER drawing anything.
3. Unless you like the clarinet or recorder, I suggest you don't ask for a music loop.

Hmm... any other requirements? This is pretty broad. A platformer, puzzle, shooter? What do you need? Also, I can't get the sprites.

Alright, design an engine that implements scrolling with a character and being able to zoom in and out at any time. I dare you

Hmm... I could make a scroller, but I don't know about the zooming thing. I'll try my best.

You could actually post your services in various outsourcing sites and make money out of it Contractors/Employers could actually need programmers like you and pay you either by hour or by project - depends on you or the contractor but you can negotiate.
You can try posting services at these outsourcing sites:
1. oDesk
2. Freelance
3. Elance
4. Guru
5. Scriptlance
6. vWorker
These sites are legitimate. Guaranteed work means guaranteed payment. You can also place bids on projects/jobs that are posted but be reasonable with your bids because there is really a fierce competition.

Can you make me a x scrolling engine? you can use different colours for the scrolling sprite I will draw them myself. Do you want me to give credit?
The scrolling engine has to let the main sprite move a little bit before the background moved and it has to let NPCs move or stay still. Maybe by using a variable?
Thx.
