Tip 1: Do not advertise your project in comments(it is frowned upon our community)
Tip 2A: Bind to the community and get popular(make anime, warriors(read tip 2B) and anthro projects if you can, this may not be true)
Tip 2B: Join big groups like Warriors RPGs and get popular(this also may not be true)
Tip 2C: Don't stunt for popularity(trust me, the pros don't like it when people do that and it also does nothing)
Tip 2D: Tell people from other sites to look at your projects(you get popular)
Tip 2E: Make a really good project(you get popular)
Tip 3: Using the default sprites/sounds when you start scratch is normal(it isn't required, though)
Tip 4: REMIX!!!!!(I started Scratch by remixing others' projects)
Tip 5A: Scratch is easy(it's as easy as...uh...)
Tip 5B: If you're a youtuber who came here, the Scratch website is easy for you(just please don't post bad comments)
Tip 6: No controversy or rumors(Example of a controversial statement: Doody got popular by quitting;)

(doody thing)I was about to say that. I also think frogger is doody, so she would be lying about herself.
No, I am not doody. If so, Doody would post a project saying her alt account is frogger3140, and what you said is a rumor.

I don't agree with 2. You shouldn't do stuff you don't like to get popular. Get popular by doing something you like. And if you like anthros (whatever they are), then do something about them. If you don't, do something you'll enjoy doing and something you enjoy other people viewing. And you don't need to be popular. I'm not that popular but I enjoy scratch greatly.
