I don't see the fail here, it will only show projects upoaded by that user after you added them to your friend list, so you're other projects wouldn't show up, so I don't get the fail.

I agree. I wasn't sure why it was a fail at first, then I understood what you thought was a fail.

No, each person can only show up on the front page one time, so it can't show the same person 2 times.
