Nish, I just know Indian dishes and how they're pronounced in Hindi... Sag Panir, Chana Sag, Nan, Aloo, Gobi, etc.

Its Aloo-gobi, they arent two seperate dishes. What about Dosai, Utapan, Palak Paneer, Chicken Machknee, (List goes on, I'm Half Indian)
I know some gudrati, and a little hindi. Acha?
