(For others who don't live in Massachusetts - MCAS stands for "Massachusetts Comprehension Assessment System", and it's a long testing which helps tell whether the teachers are doing good. It's basically a big test, consisting of Math, English Language Arts, and when you're older, Science and Social Studies)
