I have seen some sprites that are not drawn, and are not photos, and are not in the sprites from when you download scratch. I have heard rumors about a scratch resource place? I'm confused. Please clarify(Scratch Team, please).

What do you mean by "not drawn"? How do you know that the person isn't a good artist?
I'm now making my own sprites...

Well, I'll create a scenario. You imitate a character from Example Game called Example Character, and it looks exactly like the original. Weird, right?
Plus, I heard rumors of a resource place with a bunch of sprites

I believe you mean The Spriters Resource. It has sprites from almost any video game.

He's probably referring to JSO's Scratch Resources, but they don't have any sprites there (last time I checked)
