We've already made a large collaboration - SWC. That's why I said newish...
Recent News
Right now we're working on an OS - Photon. More details will be released later, but I'm telling you right now that it is going to be like no OS before it.
Timeline
December 23, 2009: SWC Collab started.
March 3, 2010: SWC Collab fInished (maybe?).
March 19, 2010: Prism officially started.
March 19, 2010: Photon started.

Umm, dude, I have an OS named Spectrum.
But, I am sure we can work some naming problems out. 
P.S. I had no idea about yours when I made mine.

Did you finish the base for it yet? If you have, they probably did. If you haven't (or at least haven't presented it to them yet), then I'd guess they're lazing around whining about waiting for you to finish the base.
