Scratch Kart Demo on Intel Core i7

http://www.screentoaster.com/watch/stUEpVR01ORFtZSV1VWlleXlVW/scratch_kart_demo

How it should have performed without the turning screwing up. Baby park worked fine, but then there were problems with Yoshi Falls that resulted in a lot of crashing into walls. I got no new records. ^^'

This game still runs pretty slow on an i7. I'm sure if I coded it on flash it would work much smoother.

Was that with the frame skip? I'm guessing not...

Nice anyway.

Yeah - it had frameskip on so there were issues.

Not even supercomputers could run this fullspeed w/o frameskip.

Looks like a big file! I don't know if the server can handle it, even with this number of FPS.

But it still looks like an awesome game! Probably the first REAL racing game on Scratch.  big_smile

YAY! You got Win7! I'll bet your project ran fast on that.

Wow, such a simple looking game should run easily on all computers. You can probably still make it work if you took out all the CPU intensive things that are not essential.

I could simplify collisions by making it a non-scrolling collision map, but that's about it.
