line in forums posting
I sometimes see a line under the first part of the posting in forums, and I always wonder what that is. Then under the line is a little fun extra part. Guys, I need help. I don't know what it is, what it's for, or how to get it. I'm sure this wouldn't be a surprise for me when users with a line under their first part answers.
