Yep, it can be done> I recently came up with an idea (that might have been around Scratch for a while) that Scratch can be used as an e-reader, like the Kindle! This is demonstrated in one of my projects and is really cool! Inspired, anyone?

Yes, another great use of lists!

This might be good with the iPhone app. Maybe someone could make a collection of stories made by Scratchers that works with lists, like this.

Good idea! I think I'll open another forum post in Requests. Then I'll compile all the stories into one full volume!

Nah, the interface is kind of ugly. But this gives me an idea.

Cool, that works pretty well! I made an e-reader and a converter for remixing with your own text. It can view entire books. If there's interest, I'll add features like chapter skip...

I don't like e-readers for fear they might replace books, but this is a very good idea, I think, because it'd be very cool to see what a scratch e-reader could be like.
