Would this be considered inapropriate to put into a game?

I am currently making a civilisation game and i need to have a reproduce option so that you can earn more people. How can I do this without getting banned for putting inapropriate content on the website?

just have a button to press and then there you go, i dont think it will be flagged if you use it in a respectful way

i don't think you would get banned because its not really inapropiate unless you elaborate or something.

Well, adopting is kinda a problem, if your trying to be  realistic, because there isnt an infinite amount of babies that go to the adoption center.
