I think the forums should have messangers when someone enters the forums, and let's say someone remixes a project you said don't remix, you might not go to that project and find they remixed without credit or any changes, and for those have a little check mark saying

"do you want messanger to message you if {project remixed} or (on forums) {when forum relpy quoted} [J]"
