Words that don't mean what they sound

Post words/phrases that don't mean what it sounds like they mean.

List:
Reckless driving
-Sounds like: Driving without wrecking
-Means: Driving dangerously
Exploding Head Syndrome
-Sounds like: "You have been diagnosed with Exploding Head Syndrome." "What no!' KABOOM!
-Means: A condition in which loud sounds randomly go off in your head
Alien Hand Syndrome
-Sounds like: "I have alien hand syndrome, right hand?" "Meher aoy h paeyh"
-Means: A condition in which your hand looks like it has a mind of its own
Alice in Wonderland syndrome
-Sounds like: What you get after falling through a hole
-Means: A condition where objects don't appear as they are.

Alice in Wonderland syndrome
-Sounds like: What you get after falling through a hole

Why not just say that your high? I mean, same thing, right? XD

To me, Alice in Wonderland syndrome sounds like a disease you get from watching Alice in Wonderland.

you should add "walking ghost phase"
it sounds pretty * awesome but its the phase after radiation poisoning where you appear healthy... then you die.
