Has there ever been a successful tycoon game in scratch?

Don't think so.. at least I haven't seen one. The problem is, scratch is meant for kids with no programming language so then they can learn some real programming languages like C, C++, objective C, java or actionscript. Good tycoon games require more advanced programming languages.
