Right click on the taskbar and click on Open Task Manager.
Thats the way that I do it

used to use ctrl alt deleete, but now ctrl shift esc.

When on windows i use Ctrl+Alt+del mostly but working with one hand i use Ctrl+shift+escape
And generally I kill processess from Dos : Killprocess " <Process Name> " \ Forces to kill all the process even SYSTEM Proccess
In jarvis there is no need for it Simply Close button Does a force Quit
