Ok, my brother showed me a mysterious scratch project that was created by a user called 20085047 I think, and I found this gallery, http://scratch.mit.edu/galleries/view/75605 . Scratch Team, do you know anything about this? More information, Each project in the gallery is created by a slightly different username, all starting with 200850__. The creator was called rigius89, who claims to live in Korea, as with one of the number users. There are some Korean characters on the page. 3 of those projects were uploaded one after another. I will translate some of the characters and post them here later. Maybe they want to get a virus into Scratch. I need Scratch Team's Help.
Korean Characters I translated:
체육과 = Athletics and
손유영!!! = Hand Yoo Young!!!
이명재 첫번째 프로젝트 고양이 입니다. = This People-Jay Project First Cat
이명재 = This People-Jae
Regards,
EmperorEvil
PS: The creepiest one of all: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/20082057/925251 . This one has no scripts when downloaded, but it does on the internet. And there is a weird XML Thing on it. Also, there is a TON more weird Korean stuff on it.

Korea and Taiwan use Scratch in schools. Sometimes they will upload 20 of the same project- each made by a different student. Perfectly normal.

It has nothing to do with a virus.
Personally, it kinda offends me because I am Korean.
Trust me. It has nothing to do with Viruses.

The peron means, why is this person naming things so strangely.
He doesn't say he's bad because the letters are Korean, but because they say such random things.

Nevermind, click them!
They do stuff. It's just a school.
Their assignment was probably something like, "Make a project that reacts to a click."

Google translate is horrible, that's why they say random things. It would make more sense if you knew Korean.

Have you heard of hidden sprites?
And just because something's in Korean, that means the person is a hacker? >:(

The freakiest part is that the gallery owner is friends with the random numbers! He's their leader or something. He's the one with an Evil Empire!

It's probably just a school assignment. I'm guessing the usernames are just their student IDs or something. There is absolutely nothing to worry about.
Then why are the projects all the same? And why just a picture of a cat?

They are probably the same because everyone had the same assignment. And the cats talk when you click on them.

This reminds me of the Chineese "botters" on runescape. Somebody made a fourm post because they weren't talking while doing something. They just can't speak English.
This topic is exactly the same: Racist and offensive.

the g. translate translation for the gallery description is 2010 physical education and. nothing weird about it exept the xml one.

It's something for a school. Here's a google translation for one of the project notes:
"Day is baejin. The first project is a cat."
The one with the XML is weird though.

The Person? The PERSON? More like the PEOPLE. Did you see how many accounts there were?
