The "Undownloadables" Section
Y'know Scratch's 10MB limit in memory? Well, maybe in 2.0, there could be a feature where you could place games with higher memory limits on the forums? That way, all those super advanced games with high quality could be placed there!

Why would you put the projects on the forums? 
Just upload a project, and in there give a link to a website like Mediafire where people can download your project.

Or host your own 'Scratch' website and change the limits their then upload it there. xD

The 10MB Limit is there for a reason, if you really want to show off High Quality games or projects, upload them to a File Hosting service or make a website and upload it there. While it would be nice for a higher limit, sometimes you should just upload it somewhere else.

If you make games far past the limit, maybe Scratch is too small for you...
