Is It Possible To Make The Pen In Front?

Because when I use the pen on top of sprites, it goes under, even though the pen sprite is on top.

Pen draws on the stage, so even if you draw on top of a sprite, it will draw on the stage, and the sprite will cover it.

The pen blocks seem rather limited... several are on the list of most wanted blocks.  hmm
