Hey! Xenotype is a non-official collab!
You might not know it, but lot's of people are working on it.
This is not a official collab, that has a name, or betas or updates. I just want to state the fact that Xenotype is made by alot of the scratchers already, not nessarily in a "collab" form. I mean I use scratchers stuff, put it together into an OS. 
See:
Scripts can be taken off other projects
Backgrounds are made by other people
There are supporters
There are beta testers
