I know exactly what it is: You have something on the stage, or in the scripts. In fact, I know what that something is. It is one of those arguments that have a menu, but you can also insert blocks into them: Such as the switch to costume block argument.
It got there because you were tampering with the source code...
I believe you are familiar with Preferences enableProgrammerFacilities?
You need to quintuple-middle-click on the argument, and click X.

Have you kept it open for the 1.5 months since you posted it?
